By accessing or using any PolarIQ Solutions product or service — including Infrastructure Suite and PM Scheduler — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all users including individuals, organizations, and enterprise clients.
You may use PolarIQ services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. PolarIQ reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a security risk.
All content, features, and functionality of PolarIQ's products — including software, design, trademarks, and documentation — are owned by PolarIQ Solutions and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use our branding, trademarks, or proprietary technology outside the scope of your authorized license.
Access to PolarIQ products is provided under subscription agreements negotiated separately. Fees are billed according to the terms of your specific agreement. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your agreement. PolarIQ reserves the right to update pricing with reasonable notice.
We strive to maintain high availability across all PolarIQ products. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. PolarIQ shall not be liable for losses resulting from service interruptions outside our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PolarIQ Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the service relationship in accordance with the terms of your subscription agreement. Upon termination, your access to PolarIQ products will cease and your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Suffolk County, Massachusetts.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice in the platform. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
